The mechanism of this tool is that it sucks in the air at high speed and compresses it. During this operation, the air compressor sucks in air at one pressure and delivers it at a higher pressure. Air compressors are widely used as a multipurpose tool for connecting to drills, boxes, screwdrivers, rivets, and pistols. Ronix RC-2510 air compressor’s 25L tank, combined with a 2HorsePower/1490W motor, provides plenty of power to cover various applications. You can adjust the output pressure to a maximum of 8Bar/116psi pressure that stores sufficient air in the tank for continuous tool operation. With a speed of 2800RPM, the air compressor can deliver the air into the tank (200L/min) at a minimum.  

RC-2510 is a compact tool with two wheels that make it highly portable and easy to use. Being a compact and ergonomic tool is very important in Ronix’s air compressor design. Therefore, two wheels and a handle are considered for this air compressor so that it can be easily moved in different environments. There is a lever-type FBANG ON/OFF automatic switch on the machine for more efficiency and a longer lifetime.  

Ronix RC-2510 air compressor features a 25 Liter tank to store sufficient air to run all the pneumatic tools. The tank is made of high-quality materials to guarantee the compressor’s performance and ensure durability. The compressor can fill the air tank in the minimum time. RC-2510 includes an oil cap and an oil bottle, too. Two pressure gauges are placed on the tank.  

The sight glass, located above the tank, indicates the oil level and lets the operator see if oil should be added at a glance. There is a red dot in the center of the glass, and the operator must ensure that the oil level does not exceed the top of the red dot at the sight glass.  

Sometimes, using the air compressor for long hours increases the tool’s heating. A thermal protector system in the compressor controls the motor’s temperature during longtime working. If the tool’s temperature goes high, the thermal protector system turns it off automatically.  

To increase the efficiency and better performance of the compressor, the Ronix RC-2510 is equipped with a high-quality metal air filter that can filter the incoming air. Therefore, damage to the engine will be prevented, and the tool’s durability will be guaranteed.  

The air pressure in the tool is being controlled continuously. So, the tool is equipped with a CE standard safety valve that controls and limits the pressure build-up in a system. When the tool’s pressure exceeds its limit, the safety valve will automatically release the excess air.  

A drain valve is installed under the tank; It empties all the contents inside the tank so as not to disrupt the efficiency of the tank.  

The tool has a pressure regulator to adjust the pressure and output airflow. It provides two quick air couplers for fast connection and maximizing the compressor’s performance.
