Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time HR Executive to support our human resources initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. This role requires the ability to effectively manage all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition (according to Maltese law) and development to employee relations and compliance.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment and selection lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance with Maltese labor laws.
- Ensure continuous compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in Malta.
- Maintain accurate HR records and data, leveraging HR software for efficient management.
- Assist with payroll processing and administration of employee benefits, including holiday, sick leave, and overtime.
- Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on all HR-related matters.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Highly detail-oriented and accurate, with a strong focus on quality in all work.
- Proactive and resourceful, possessing a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in INDIGO or other similar HR applications is a plus.
