Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused Finance Executive to join our team in Marsa, Malta. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing daily financial operations, supporting strategic financial planning, and ensuring smooth cash flow management. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real business decisions beyond just numbers.

What you'll do:

• Handle daily accounting tasks and manage all incoming and outgoing payments.
• Provide support for freight cost control and coordinate financial activities related to logistics.
• Assist the Managing Director directly with financial planning and administrative tasks.
• Oversee cash flow management, prepare financial reports, and coordinate effectively with suppliers.

What your bring:

• Education: A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or an MBA in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in financial software, specifically Excel, Xero, and other ERP systems.
• Personal Attributes: A calm, efficient, and detail-focused personality.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English is essential; proficiency in Maltese is a significant advantage.
