Admin Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team.  The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong command of Microsoft Excel.  This role requires a Master's degree and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support and preparing reports.
  • Handle logistics arrangements for inventory and team members.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating training.
  • Support the team with various projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Develop and maintain efficient administrative procedures.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to create spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: ____ years of experience in an administrative role is preferred, but entry-level candidates with relevant internships or projects will be considered.
  • Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.  This includes experience with complex pivot tables, and data analysis tools.  Please be prepared to demonstrate your Excel skills during the interview process.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate, with a focus on quality.   
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).   
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
